Giliberto's Mexican Taco Shop

"In Moab many restaurants close at 9pm. This place was busy and quick! The inside was bustling and the drive thru had a few cars ahead . After being highly disappointed with a take out order from other vendor, We were hungry and it was 1015pm. We decided to give this place a try. It did not disappoint! The drive thru staff member was pleasant and welcoming. Their menu is HUGE! The wait time was sufficient. The food was delicious! Their salsa is chunky and a little sweeter than others. The queso is thick and creamy. The chicken quesadilla was HUGE. The beef tacos were perfect. We are grateful for the staff and the restaurant being open late. Highly recommend this place!"

"We returned late after the Dead Horse state park, it was around 9.15 pm, therefore, there were only a couple of open restaurants and we decided to check Mexican food at Giliberto’s Mexican taco. We ordered 4 dishes: salad in tortillas bowl, steak platter, burritos chicken and burritos beef. Everything was tasty. They gave us spicy sauces. Late tasty quick dinner."

"Came here for dinner and, at first, we were a bit skeptical that we would find truly good Mexican food, but our expectations were exceeded. First of all, the jamaica was authentic and refreshing. The tacos de cabeza, carne asada, and lengua were all excellent—flavorful, fresh, and well prepared. Salsas were all good too. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for authentic Mexican food."

"We came here after hiking all day and wanted something in Moab. We were conflicted on what to eat but decided on here. We got a torta, two tacos, and a burrito. I honestly forgot how much it was but it was on the more expensive side compared to other Mexican places I’ve eaten at. The food was good, but a little dry. We orders the food at the counter and they brought it out to us."
